This agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and Natalie Begg Pty Ltd ABN 52391967326.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your onlineorder with Natalie Begg Pty Ltd. By completing and submitting the customer order form online and using the Natalie Begg online service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right at all times to make changes to the Natalie Begg Pty Ltd online Terms and Conditions and/or promotions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1/ Price of Goods and payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect of each product ordered and all applicable taxes and duties in that regard. All orders are subject to review and Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right to request additional identification information. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, we will advise you to check you have entered the correct card number and expiration date.

Variation

Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.

Method of Payment

You may use MasterCard, Visa, AUD cheque, AUD money order Telgraphic Transfer or Direct Debit (bank details will be advised at check out). Natalie Begg Pty Ltd does not accept cash for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.

2/ Delivery Information

When you shop at www.nataliebegg.com  your gift will always arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon. Further gift wrapping (box and card) options are available upon request.

Delivery and Handling Charges

Within Australia:

7-10 days = $16.55 Australia wide. Signature required at delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 7 days after payment confirmation. For urgent orders please enquire about our overnight delivery service avaialble to selected areas only.

Outside Australia

For deliveries outside Australia, the delivery charge will vary depending on the destination. For overseas delivery charges, please confirm your order and delivery address via email and we will calculate your delivery fee and confirm with you via email before dispatch.

Risk & Title

Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.

Delivery Requirements

Natalie Begg Pty Ltd does not make Goods available for collection.

We regret we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes

A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.

Natalie Begg Online will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided nor for the inability to deliver due to lack of appropriate receiver as described above.

3/ Gift Vouchers

Take the guesswork out of gift giving by sending an online gift voucher. Simply choose your favourite card from one of our categories.  Then the lucky recipient can purchase anything they desire from our online store.   Please note: Online gift vouchers are valid for a period of six months after initial purchase.

4/  Return Information

In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, Natalie Begg Pty Ltd accepts returns of unused items. Prior to returning your order you must please contact customer service to explain why you require a refund within 14 days from the date of shipment. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and with all tags attached. Please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used. If the original payment method was other than credit card, the same method will be used to return the amount refundable less and associated bank charges. Please note that delivery fees, bank fees and handling fees,  are non refundable, unless required by law.

 
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a major courier company. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms or swimwear.
Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

5/ Stock and Product Availability

Items on our online store are advertised in good faith. From time to time, items may be out of stock. Descriptive, typographic, or photographic errors are subject to correction. Please note that we reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

6/  Sale merchandise

Sale merchandise purchased online is available for exchange or merchandise credit only. 

7/  Care Instruction

Care instructions are listed for all products in the product description on the detail page.

  • For best results wash garments by hand.
    For best results hand wash in warm water with gentle liquid soap.
    We recommend Ivory liquid soap or baby shampoo.
    To dry, simply hang to dry or lay flat (bras) on a towel out of direct sunlight.


    BRAS

    Do not put bras in the washing machine.
    Do not put bras in the dryer as the heat could distort the shape of the wire.
    The cups of padded and pre-molded bras will also be damaged in the washing machine and dryer.


    SLEEPWEAR

    Please read all garment care labels carefully.
    Some garments specify dry clean/ specialty care only.
    Otherwise hand washing according to the above method and air drying is recommended.
    You may use a cool iron or steamer to remove wrinkles remaining after drying.


    SILK

    Do not put any silk garments in the washing machine or dryer or the fabric may be damaged.

10/ Intellectual Property and Right to Use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Natalie BeggPty Ltd.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
