Delivery Information
A receipt of your order will be sent by email, if we need to contact you regarding delivery then we may email or telephone.

When you shop at www.nataliebegg.com your gift will always arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. For gift boxes and silk ribbons please request via email sales@nataliebegg.com.


Delivery Charges

Free postage Australia wide using standard Australia Post shipping.


To ship overseas simply click International Shipping at checkout for a flat AUD$40 fee for all international orders. We use DHL with tracking and deliver within 7 days to all major cities.


Orders will be dispatched within 7 days after payment confirmation.
Overnight first class is available for selected items and locations. Please email us your order requesting a specific delivery date and we will confirm via return email the earliest delivery date and pricing.


Risk & Title 
Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.


Delivery Requirements
Natalie Begg Online does not make Goods available for collection.
A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods (or the person is unable or unwilling to provide appropriate proof of age), a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.
Natalie Begg Online will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.


Return Information
In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, Natalie Begg accepts returns of unused items. You must please contact customer service at  sales@nataliebegg.com to explain why you require a refund, or store credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will be happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used. Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable, unless required by law.
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as Australia Post.  Please also note the following:
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms or swimwear that have had the protective seal removed.
Please kindly ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive full credit. Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
