HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please securely repackage your item. We recommend you select an insured shipping and postage method. You are responsible for your item until it reaches us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please send to:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO  RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Within 3-10 days. If you require within 3 days please let us know so that we can fast track your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If your item is found faulty we will refund you the expense of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement.

MY GARMENT WAS DAMAGED AFTER WEARING IT, CAN YOU REPAIR IT?

At Natalie Begg we want your garments to last a lifetime, so we will repair any of your Natalie Begg garments free of charge to ensure longevity. Please post your garment/s to the address below including a prepaid satchel (with tracking number) with your address on it and we'll return your garment repaired within 10 days.
