Terms & Conditions

This agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and Natalie Begg Pty Ltd ABN 52391967326.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Natalie Begg Pty Ltd online. By completing and submitting the customer order form online and using the Natalie Begg online service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right at all times to make changes to the Natalie Begg Pty Ltd Online Terms and Conditions, stock offers, bonuses at its sole discretion without prior notice.


1/ Price of Goods and payment
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each product ordered and all applicable taxes and duties in that regard. All orders are subject to review and Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right to request additional identification information. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, we will advise you to check you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
Natalie Begg Pty Ltd Online reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.
 
2/ Method of Payment
You may use PayPal, MasterCard, American Express, Visa or money order.
Natalie Begg Online does not accept cash for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.
 
3/ Delivery Information

On Hiatus: We are currently on a break. All orders placed during this period will be shipped from January 25th 2024. Thank you for your understanding!

A receipt of your order will be sent by email, if we need to contact you regarding delivery then we may email or telephone.

When you shop at www.nataliebegg.com your gift will always arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Please request gift wrapping via email sales@nataliebegg.com
 
Delivery Charges
Free postage Australia wide using standard Australia Post shipping.
A flat AUD $30 fee for all international orders. Please select International shipping at checkout.
Overnight first class is available for selected items and locations. Please email us your order requesting a specific delivery date and we will confirm via return email the earliest delivery date and pricing.
 
Risk & Title 
Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
Delivery Requirements
Natalie Begg Online does not make Goods available for collection.
A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorized to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods (or the person is unable or unwilling to provide appropriate proof of age), a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.
Natalie Begg Online will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.


4/ Gift Vouchers

Take the guesswork out of gift giving by sending an online gift voucher.  

The lucky recipient can purchase anything they desire from our online store. 

Please note: Online gift vouchers are valid for a period of six months after initial purchase.
 
5/  Return Information


In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, Natalie Begg accepts returns of unused items (sale products excluded unless faulty). You must please contact customer service to explain why you require a refund, or store credit within 7 days from receiving your order. We will be happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached if the order is received within 14 days of the delivery date. Please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used. Please note that delivery fees, handling fees and restocking fees are non refundable, unless required by law.


Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as Australia Post and notify us on the day of dispatch via email  sales@nataliebegg.com with the order number and tracking number and freight company.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please email us on sales@nataliebegg.com as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


Please kindly ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive full credit. Natalie Begg Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
 
6/ Cancel my Order
Once payment has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. We apologize for this inconvenience. In the event that your online purchase does not meet your expectations, Natalie Begg Pty Ltd accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment to:

7/ Stock and Product Availability
Items on our online store are advertised in good faith. From time to time, items may be out of stock. Descriptive, typographic, or photographic errors are subject to correction. Please note: We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
 
8/  Sale merchandise
Sale merchandise purchased online is available for exchange or merchandise credit only. All orders from our current sale will be shipped on the week of 26th Jan 2024.

9/  Care Instruction
Care instructions are listed for all products below the product description on the detail pages.  Dry cleaning is preferred and recommended for all silk garments.
 
10/ Item not on web

11/  Mailing List Request
Please provide your full mailing address to our Customer Service at sales@nataliebegg.com  and we will be happy to add you to our mailing list.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Natalie Begg Pty Ltd.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
